Shipping

We do not ship outside of Australia.

All orders in excess of $100 are sent freight free. This may be by courier within 200km of Swan Hill or by Australia Post regular mail outside of this area.

We use Australia Post to calculate our shipping charges but reserve the right to ship via any means we select.

• If the actual shipping cost is less than you paid we will provide store credit for the diiference.
• If the actual shipping cost is more than you paid we will not charge extra UNLESS the shipment consists of more than one carton. In such cases we will contact you to discuss available options.
• WE DO NOT SHIP DANGEROUS GOODS e.g. FLAMMABLE, AEROSOL or TOXIC to some areas (typically more than 200km from Swan Hill, Victoria). We will identify such items in your order and contact you for further advice.

We do not take reponsibility for losses or damages occurred in transit unless a separate insurance was taken out to cover the shipment.
